DoubleTree by Hilton Nairobi

I love the surface that I received from the girls at the front desk reception Safari the bartender was amazing I don’t drink but he stirred up some very good conversation and memories for me in Kenya and Silas who always made sure I was ok when I was sitting in the lounge area The manager of the hotel is amazing…. He is so humble I was talking to him at the bar for a while I’m without even knowing who he was After about a 15 minute conversation I found out that he was the manger. He was very attentive and went beyond his duties to make sure I was comfortable and had a pleasant stay

I booked tours that started earlier than the scheduled breakfast time. They were able to pack breakfast for me, which included pastry, juice box, apple, and banana. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The staff were very nice. There is a dinner area in the lobby, which makes it easy.

Great place for a short stay in Nairobi perfect location, spacious room, perfect internet, wonderful staff i would always suggest the Hilton DoubleTree to people who have a short stay or a layover in Nairobi.

I liked the breakfast and staff service, even up to GM. The facility is very good and location as well. Over all A grade.

Perfect stay at double Tree Hilton. The hotel is beautiful and very nicely decorated. When we arrived, we were welcome with a delicious cookie. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious - we had a very good sleep. The lunch and breakfast were very qualitative, the dishes made with love and the breakfast buffet was so good. The staff are simply wonderful- the Double Tree angels - special thanks to waiter John who was excellent and so so kind. Thank you everyone for making our stay so memorable - we loved Nairobi.
